Stop spinning the bottle, for one it’s rude the baby should be able to enjoy feeding time without being rushed. For two babies create seals around the nipple for a good latch so they don’t swallow air, therefore when you spin the bottle it’s disrupting that seal and the latch making it harder for the baby to suckle. Ur a nurse u should know this, would you like it if while u were drinking out of a water bottle or something similar and then someone came up and started spinning the bottle?… I bet not !
